In times of Corona, how do you manage to create an apprenticeship campaign that is well received despite the distance? You find new ways!
We placed the apprentices themselves at the center of the campaign for F/LIST and made each of the 4 apprenticeship professions tangible with 360 degree videos experienced through VR glasses. The VR glasses were sent to the schools together with information material. In this way F/LIST was able to give potential applicants a comprehensive insight into their company and the advantages of the different apprenticeships. The VR glasses did not come back, but many applications did.
